im usually really hungry b4 bed time and i kno that eatting right b4 bed is not the best thing to do because it just sits there and turns into fat. but im not fat at all i have 6.6% body fat, but i still want to eat healthy, so what are healthy things that are fine b4 bed?. im 14 y/o. your answers would sure be appreciated.

right b4 bed-drink a glass of cold water. Wait 10 minutes if still hungry. The cravings should pass BUT if you are still hungry then then eat something low fat, like a bowl of cereal. Or a healthy snack like a peice of fruit.

Something light with some good carbs (they'll help you sleep). Glass of 1% milk and a few snack crackers or newtons is a fave of mine. Whole wheat toast would probably be a good one to.

Drink a glass of water, seriously. It will help you feel full. If you really want to eat anything before bed, eat fruit or veggies.
