It is apparent that Michael Jackson has body mismorphic disease. Similar to people, usually girls, who think they are so overweight when they are actually skin and bones.
Michael suffers from looking in the mirror and not being satisfied with what he sees. As Michael has gotten older, the more his plastic surgery has become apparent. He doesn't look the same from year to year.
It's sad that Michael won't leave his nose alone. But, he has the money, so he can do to his body what he pleases. He does have disease guys. Sad, but true.

When Michael was performing on a stage he fell and he broke his nose. He had to have a plastic surgery and he made it look smaller. After, I believe, something was bugging him in his nose and he had a surgery again. Because his skin color is changing it looks like that he has his nose surgeries again, but he doesn't.

Simply put, he doesn't like himself. Too bad, he was really great back in the early eighties. Great dance music, good lookin', everything. Then he starts playing with little boys and cutting off his nose to spite his face. What A Waste !!!!
