I have these two birds and the Jardine seems to always bully the cocatoo. He always snaps at him and tries to scare him and recently he's been biting me as well. Is there anything I can do to prevent this bullying behavior?

They are already in separate cages, it's just when I handle them both.

Your Lesser Jardine wants to be more dominant. You have to be the one who insists on good behaviors with a sharp NO and a dirty look (parrots always respond to facial features

I would seperate the two usually a cockatoo can fend for itself
but it sounds like not this time

Your gonna have to seperate them cause birds that are bullies rarely stop being bullies. sounds like he might be breeding age.
lots of birds become nippy once they've reached that age.
