Blood pressure varies throughout the day. Sometimes you may be high but others you may be low. Rather than to take one reading it is better to regularly take several readings throughout the day eg take it every 4 hours every saturday.

You can then chart your pressure over time and see if there is any general tendency you ought to be concerned about - eg, are your rates at different times of the day all increasing over a period of months?

This will be more valuable for doctors if you suspect something.

Typical adult blood pressure is 120/80. You are not far off.

Normal Blood pressure ratio is 120/80. You may want to consider getting medical help, because you don't want it to go out of control. It may be the source of your symptoms too. Best advice I can give you is get some form of medical help. At the very least, keep a daily record of your bp readings.

Hope you feel better,
Robert

It can cause headaches and dizzyness.
That meets classification to be Hypertension Type I
With a diastolic over 90.
I would be asking why your diastolic blood pressure is elevated.
Check with your doc, it may be easy to lower by stopping a med, or getting some simple blood work done to see what's going on.

95 is high however you cant go by one reading.BP should be checked several times a day over several days to see if it is running high because so many things can cause it to vary. High BP can cause those symptoms.

it's a bit above normal, but still mild, yes, it can cause dizzyness in you. Reduce salt intake and probably stress as well, you should be fine. Meanwhile, go to a doctor and get some medication like atenolol for hypertension and you should be fine.
