okay here's what i am looking to obtain .information on finding an inmate in dept of corrections?

she is the stl city work house she is supposed to go to vandaila prsion for women but i dont know when i have her inmate # will the internet tell me this information if so what web site do i search

Corrections.com when you get to this site, go to the left hand column and press the more links button...go from there and it will let you type in all the info you need to find this person.

To the person below.....yes you can get this information...it is public information.. I used to do it all the time, because I wanted to know what type of inmates I was working around.

No I don't think this is something you can look up on the internet. Your local prison unit can give you that information as well as the Probation/Parole Office in your town. They have the computer site for the entire state. I would start at the prison facility. She will have to be processed out and they will have all the info.

I just went to corrections.com and that site does not give the info you are looking for. I did not think they would. But like one of the other answers says, it could depend on the state as to how much info you get from the computer.

you need to go into the department of corrections for your state. If she is already an inmate in a prision call that prision and see if they have transferred her to another facility. Most prisions will tell you if they have that inmate there or where they might have sent her.
