gay = "gay" or "HO-mo" or "ho-mo-sex-u-AL" (accent on the "AL")
lesbian = "LES-bit"
bisexual = "du mi-NIT" for a woman, or "du mi-NI" for a man

And just in case you need to know:
pride = "ga-a-VA"

Unfortunately, we don't have a word for "gay".

Most of the Israelis would say "homo", or simply "gay", since these are the neutral terms and many gay guys would prefer them.
We also say "'aliz" (jolly, cheerful) or "ge'eh" (proud). I guess you're not looking for the offensive terms, right?

Lesbian is "lesbit" (plural: "lesbiot")
Bisexual is "du- mini" (plural: du- miniyim") or simply "bisexual"
