This is the best. I've used it many times:
Pork Marinade
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger
Marinate overnight. (Also good for chicken.)

I usually do this with tenderloins, but it should be just as good for chops. Place chops in a sealable plastic bag. Add teriyaki sauce/marinade to cover. Add 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary and 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme. Marinate for about 2 hours. Tun over the bag a couple of times while marinating to ensure coverage. Grill and enjoy!

Okay, I'm not sure on quantities because I always just wing it but you should experiment with these ingredients per pound of pork:
Soy sauce (about 4 Tb)
Olive oil (about 2 Tb)
Fresh lemon juice (from half a large lemon)
Fresh crushed garlic (about 3-4 cloves)
a pinch of sugar
black pepper to taste
a dash of crushed red pepper flakes
Let the pork marinate overnight and then grill. Mmmmmmm!!! Tasty!
Another favorite: rub the pork chops with olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary. Let them marinate for at least three hours then pan fry in olive oil.

olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. rub it on, whether it's an hour or overnight will not make a difference...
or...saute some crushed black pepper corns in olive oil. after 3 to 4 minutes add some crushed garlic, saute another 3 minutes. let cool, pour over chops with a little salt...grill 'em for great results...
Sauteing the pepper corns first will mellow them out. Either way, you'll want ice cream afterwards.
Forget about the salad dressing marinades...use your imagination and you'll get better resluts everytime.

If you like spicy food try to get some jerk sauce (Caribbean). If not I like to marinade pork chops in apple cider and fresh chopped rosemary with a touch of salt and pepper.
