It's Japanese: fuzaiji no jidou-outou.
It means: automatic reply (response) in case of (during) absence

I used an online translator and it doesn't exactly make sense, but I got two answers, one based on Chinese and the other on Japanese. Maybe if you know the context in which the phrase was used you can make some sense of it:

Japanese: "Automatic response of absent time"

Chinese: "Not when automatic answers"

just translate it through the translater at www.dictionary.com

im chinese, but i can only read some of it. and it looks japanese to me. cuz chinese doesnt do big swirly circles. so go look that up

you don't have the right language enabled on your computer for the characters to show up. sorry that's my computer all i see is squares.
