Dear friend, You can install Double Glazed Insulating windows at high altitudes. Due to drop in atmospheric pressure at high altitudes, there may be chances of shattering the glasses. Now a days, these windows are provided with a breather valve. It expands or contracts with the change in atmospheric pressure and you can take the benefits of Argon windows.

No one uses the argon glass windows anymore because of leakage. Those were popular in the 70-80 and all that had or have them have had to replace them.
