Astronomers estimate the big bang happened between 10 billion and 20 billion years ago. This is generally refferred to as the begining event of our universe. What created that big bang? We're not quite sure, but we do know Earth and humanity have been around a lot longer than 6,000 years.

You have GOT to be kidding, right?

Our calender would only cover a micro of a micro second in the time frame of the universe.

It is on a scale that is incomprehensible to the average person.
(Oh, we can hear how long it is, but we don't know what that means)

Plus, our calender is only a scale. There are many calenders on our planet.

The evidence is all around you. If you can't see it, you just don't want to see it.

After eating an interdimentional burrito, God rose up and shat the universe into existence on October 9th at 9:22 AM, in the year 6467 BCE (Before Christian Error). He told me personally at a nudie bar.

In the Beginning - you ask a question of time - time started then - we did not come along after time was started:

Check out http://www.johnfourteen.com from John 14 in the Bible
Look at "Studies in the Bible" and "Lessons from the Pulpit"
many answers to everyday life can be found there.

12000 years ago, The bible.
it says a day is as a thousand years to God, so if God created the world in 6 days and then it's been around another 6 or so......
that comes out to about 12000 years

And did ya ever think that if God is smart enough to
make a whole universe and planets and people
that he is smart enough to make dinosaurs and other
critters and then make them go away and just leave the fossils.
I bet he just sits back some days and laughs his *** off at
us silly humans thinking we have it all figured out.

The question will remain unanswered for ever.
Science will not find an answer. Maybe we could find on what date the universe will collapse ,taking into account the weapons of neclear origin , the savage countries possess!

July 03, 1975. That is when I was born into this world, and I became aware of the universe...so for me it was created on the date of my birth.

No such date. Our date and time system came into play along time after the universe was created

Science says around 14-20 Billion years ago, nowhere in the Holy Bible does it contradict this. Those who believe in a 6,000 year Creation are idiots, its simply not "biblical" and cannot be proven to be.
