I'm about 6" long. I have hair on one end and a hole on the other. If you put me in a moist hole and put me in and out really fast, white stuff will come out. What am I?

I know your a long john donut filler.....
moist hole = donut
in and out really fast
white stuff = pastry cream
and the tube is about 6" long!
oh duh the hair is on the person thats operating the machine.
