Just owning a truck or SUV will usually do the trick.
Truck drivers go to a special DMV school where they learn to put their car in the far left lane, come to a complete stop, then signal left for five seconds before making a right turn.
SUV drivers go to a special DMV school that teaches them SUVS always have the right of way at a 4 way stop, and that they should use the 0.002 second rule for determining safe following distances.

I would say that there are a large combination of things that make someone a bad driver: impatience, cell phones, ignorance to driving laws.

having no respest for other drivers or the motor vehicle laws. and doing stuff like talking on cells, doing makeup, reading the paper, changing clothes, turning your head to talk to rear seat passenger, puttin on left turn signal and turning right, hitting brakes for no reason, doing 20 mph under the speedlimit in the express lane, weaving in and out of traffic, pulling out in front of someone and then turn off the road 50 ft away, speading up and slowing down for no reason, cutting some one off, i can fill this box up but i think you will get the message
