I am 24 years old my husband is 44 for some reason i dont like to have sex any more what can i do to help our sex life

Make your bedroom more romantic. Get sexy red silk sheets and put roses by the bed, red curtains, with white paint on the walls. Set the mood. Have a nice dinner, go on a 'date'. Something to get you going and to look forward to.

At 24 you are starting early on the don't like sex thing. Have you seen a doctor to see if there is a medical reason you are down and out for the count? My wife started being that way at age 50 (twelve years ago) and I still can't figure the whole situation out. She did get into religion big time which is probably the main reason. Just drove me into a non-religious outlook and I no longer care.

I am no doctor at all but here goes:
Physical: Are you on any antidepressants or new medication, some medication will effect libido
Physical fitness is also important
Mental: Do you have unresolved issues with your husband? Did you have a traumatic event recently or in the past regarding sex?
You could be just bored bring in toys or scenarios to liven up the mood.
You should probably talk with you husband or someone who is trained in this sort of thing.

You're at the peak of your sexuality and wanting sex, while he's probably riding the Viagra train trying to keep up with you. That's the thing right when you first dated, it all seemed good and then the senior citizen bus hit you.
All I can say is, talk it over with him and maybe add some spice to your love life. Does he do oral, does he engage in foreplay, how are his skills and style. Ask him to do more things...
