You might try taking a good multivitamin (Get one from GNC). Do at least 40-45 minutes of cadio Mon-Fri. Email me with somemore of these questions because I once had the same problem.

If you're not fat, then why are you trying to lose weight? If you want to keep fit and tone your body, just walk 30 minutes a day. Take a stroll around the block, walk to the grocery store (I don't know how old you are, if you live alone or with your parents), walk everywhere...that's the best way I think. There is not speedy way to lose weight unless you get stomach stapled or get liposuction - but I don't recommend those if you say you're not fat. I think most of this is in your head, I'm sure you look fine and don't need to speed up losing the weight you probably don't need to lose.
Anyway, that's my suggestion - take it or leave it...I guess that's what yahoo answers if for right?

Well, there is no magical potions when it comes to losing weight.
If you want to speed up the process.. you either:
- eat right.. dun almost eat right.. it doesnt give the same effects. So you can probably cut down on your carbo intake.
- Exercise MORE than you do now..
Good luck!
PS: Weight gain may be due to metabolic problems or water retnetion as well. If that is a problem, you are likely not to see results even if you go to the gym everyday.
I had a friend who was like that and she didn't lose much going to gym. However, she did a detox and managed to lose 9kg in a motnh.

I'm sure you're not fat. But I noticed on your avatar that you have that cute huge flower in your hair. Perhaps take off the flower before you weigh yourself?
since you eat right and exercise, I'm not going to tell you that.
But keep in mind, when you exercise, if you run, you will not start burning fat until you have run for over 30 minutes, so most runners run for 40-45 minutes. If you do that everyday, you will lose 20 pounds, just on that, in 1 month.
Good luck and don't forget to tell yourself that no matter what happens, you are a very special girl that someone out there is already attracted to.

Well, in my opinion, if you say you're not fat, don't diet. It's not healthy. Just keep eating nutritious foods and keep excercising the way you normally do. Remember, it's not about the numbers on the scale, it's about how you feel about yourself and how you present your body.

well i would try running on your tredmill in the nude because i found that it makes you sweat more when your skin is touching itself...honestly. i do it all the time and have been since i was over weight wen i was 13 and now i am almost 15 and i feel and look great!

if you already eat right do not eat sugar and start drinking a cup or two of water 15 mins. before you eat my grand ma lost 33 lbs. in3 months

buy a homoeo remedy calc carb 30 pills -2drams. every fourth day chew 4 pills after food. i.e. one dose in 4 days !
