Put on your sunglasses and do a heel toe. Put your heel over the brakes, and your toe over the gas. Turn the wheel slightly to the left. Slam the brakes until the car starts to spin out, once you've gone 180, slam the gas, and play chicken. Ta Da! person in back is now scared off of the road.

Be sure to check for cops, cliffs, and oncoming traffic first.

If you're not feeling that agressive, your rearview mirror usually has a flip switch on the bottom. Flip that, and it'll significantly cut the amount of light reaching your eyes.

if it's still too bright, and this happens often, you can make a little cardboard cutout to cover the rear view with.

most rear view mirrors in the US have a feature that
allows the driver to tilt the mirror; thereby protecting the eyes of the driver, the mirror has a small tab on the bottom. Push the tab up or down.

Take your foot off the gas to and let your car slow to the point of making the assh*le behind you move to pass you, then when they do pass you and they will most likely get in front of you, speed up and slam them with your high beams, unless its a cop of coarse.

Do like I did and get The Auto Messenger to display "PLEASE DIM YOUR LIGHTS" to drivers behind you. I got one of these products a few weeks ago and it is absolutely terrific. I think they should make them mandatory for all vehicles. Check out their website at www.TheAutoMessenger.com.
