go to http://www.grisoft.com
download AVG antivirus... save the set up file to a cd or floppy disc and then load onto your computer and install... floppy disc is probably too small... burn it to a cd... then install it on your computer that has no internet access and run it...

AVG Free edition. You can get it from download.com Once you have installed it, you may want to reboot the PC in Safe Mode (by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as it is booting up until you get a menu screen to choose Safe Mode) Viruses will clean better if the PC is in Safe Mode
While there, also download and run Ad-aware (also free) to be sure it is also spyware free
