Lucifer is not a human being. He is an angel who dwelt in heaven. He had an advantage that we do not have. He saw first hand all that God had to offer. Yet satan still chose to go against God and God punished him with driving him from heaven.
God provides forgivness only for human beings, not spirit beings or angels. A blood sacrifice was necessary to bring forgiveness. Jesus provided that for us all when He died for our sins. No sacrifice is provided for angels.

YOUR QUESTION: If God forgives sins ,then why was Lucifer cast to Hell only to become the antagonize of it?
First you are right, God forgives us our sins through the blood that His Son shed on the cross.
Second, Lucifer was not casted into Hell for he is still in Heaven at this time being guarded by an archangel name Michael.
Thirdly, and here is what you lack in understanding of the Word, all this that Lucifer did was in the First Earth Age before we whom God created for the Second Earth Age.
Lucifer was proud. This was the biggest sin he committed. He guarded the Mercy Seat that The Word was to sit on. He thought he was equal with the God that created him and sat down as he will do again very soon.
He rebelled and took with him 1/3rd of the stones of fire with him in the rebellion. God sentenced him to death. Remember, death was a unknown thing at this time.
There is so much to glean from the Word of God. It can only be revealed through faith. Faith comes from hearing, and hearing the Word of God. A word to the wise is sufficient.><>

God did not forgive Lucifer because Angles are not souls only humans
are created souls.
That is the starting point of sin.Satin is the embodiment of sin.
Satin has set himself to destroy everything that God loves. The
battle between God and Satin is still going on even though God
has already won the war! The devils time is running out quicker
every day. Come QUICKLY LORD JESUS!!!
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

God has given us forgiveness through christ Jesus, this forgiveness is for man. I don't know if or why this is not extended to the angels. I imagine Lucifer being created as he was and seeing the full glory of God and knowing His power and STILL choosing to attempt to exalt himself above God and lead His precious creation astray is a pretty big problem. God does not just forgive sin so we can have a justification for it or so we can just go about and continue to do the same things- He forgives when we choose to repent and turn away from that sin and not go about infecting others with it.

Firstly, Lucifer (satan) was cast into hell for commiting the ultamite sin, trying to overcome God. Secondly he became an antagonizer because God wanted him to. No questions asked.

The antagonizer of hell? Lucifer is believed to be the PRO-tagonist of hell. The antagoniST of hell would be someone good, like Jesus or God himself.

He's in rebellion with God I think. He was forgiven for sure but he don't acknowledge his sin and the forgiveness being offered by God and humble himself instead.
Second he want to become god.
He was cast because heaven is not the place for the sinner or rebellious.
This basically applicable to all of us too.....!!!

Satan will not be an antagonizer in hell. There won't be a man in a red suit with a pitchfork torturing the ones that have made the choice not to serve Jesus. Satan on that day will only be one of the crowd being eternally tortured day and night. Hell was made especially for Satan. He won't be in charge, rather he will be charged to spend eternity in hell.

The way I see it is that Lucifer is more or less the warden of hell. He is basically the one keeping all the demons caged.
Thus, I think that he gets a pretty good chuckle out of people drinking goats blood in his name.
That is how I always looked at it.

Because God cannot forgive an unrepentant sinner. God is just, and that means he cannot forgo punishment for disobedience. We are blessed that he was pleased to send Jesus to redeem us and take the punishment for us. If Lucifer were to believe on Jesus and proclaim Him as Lord, he would be forgiven.

Forgiveness of sin presupposes that one has repented or turned away from said sin. Lucifer refused to do that.
