Mexico has its own illegal immigration problem - people from Central American countries further south crossing your southern borders. When your country catches them, it treats them as criminals and deports them back home. Why is it ok for the Mexican government to do this but not for the US government?

Nope. Sorry. No explanation is possible. My husband's a Mexican citizen and he himself doesn't understand it either. It's not fair for the Mex. government to treat other poorly and expect that Mex citizen's will be welcomed when coming to the US illegally. Mex treats illegal immigrants far worse than our border patrol does. But of course there's a lot of corruption all over Mexico. I think you'd have to hear the explanation from the government officials themselves because I don't understand it.

Because the united states is mexican lands that were stolen and its our birthright an mexicans and indigenious peoples to live on it, and we have generations of family members living their too.

Just the same as if you went back to your native lands that your ancestors came from and they told you to beat it your not welcome on your own homelands.
And keep in mind the mexican lands were taken illegally at gun point.
You cant blame mexicans for wanting a better life your the one with an open border blame your selves not starving mexicans, and Im still not hearing you complaining about canadans crossing the north border makeing it apparent this must be a race issue and not an immigration issue.

Your question is based on a logical fallacy. Just because someone at a hypocritcial stance, that doesn't mean their claims are any less valid. If someone who is smoking tells you that smoking is bad for you, the fact that they themselves smoke does not make their claim any more or less valid. See source link.

And as a portuguese immigrant, who stems from a culture who treats its own immigrants in a similiar fashion to Mexico? It's because America is supposed to stand for something. It's supposed to try to be the good guy. And America hasn't been doing too good of a job at this for a long, long time...maybe it never has been the good guy.

But the point is American's are TRYING to be. I hope so, anyway.

Actually they might be doing us a favor because most of them want to come to America, but they have to go through Mexico to get here.

and to Mexican Bandido, when you loose land in war and then paid 15 million to the Mexican government and a forgiven debt of 3 million that the Mexican government owed the American people, it is no longer your land, if anybody should be claiming this land it is the Indians dumbass, not the few Mexicans that were here. and your language comes from the Europeans Spaniards who Concord you first.

Maybe because the U.S. is trying to make up for what happened to Native Americans by not treating Mexicans as bad.

I understood your english, is your chance to understand my spanish

because human rights to Mexico means throwing out your poor and forcing them onto American taxpayers that it's now our responsibility to give them our futures.

If they did get Aztlan rising, and China wanted to do the same thing our idiots in Washington refuse to do, you can bet their human rights bullshit attitude will change REAL QUICK.

There's a good chance that if they're illegal immigrants, they can't read this.
