Good looks are nice and all, but it is really all about the personality. I like a guy who is confident but not arrogant, nice, has GOOD MANNERS (there is nothing worse than going out to eat with a guy who hunches way over his food, and slurps his spaghetti up...eww), personable (I mean no big awkward silences, silence is okay but its nice to be able to keep a good conversation going), good listener and good conversationalist (yes I want a guy to listen to me but I don't want to be the only one talking), nice to my friends, and just so you guys know, girls still appreciate chivalry. It is always nice to be picked up for a date and find out that chivalry isn't dead.

manners....treat me like a lady
consideration.....treat me like you want to be treated
communication.....talk to me and also be able to hear what I say
romance......call or email me just to say HI, send flowers, hold my hand, etc
passion........show how you feel without being crude
