Ah, yes...if one is good, then two must surely be better. In fact, it's not. If you exceed the indications, you may damage your enamel, your teeth will end up with the "fluorescent" look of over bleaching and since the strips aren't cheap, you're only wasting your money. They really are designed to be the most effective by following the directions on the package.

It hurts the enamel on your teeth. Then you have to buy more of their products and they make more money. Go to your dentist and they will tell you what is safe and can whiten your teeth proffesionally. If you are under eight-teen you shouldn't have your teeth whitened even proffesionally. Listen to your dentist otherwise you will have problems later on and have to pay even more than if you simply avoided trouble in the first place.

wait, it's a rule for a reason. Yes it's annoying to do it everyday, twice a day for 10 days but be patient. It works.

I'm no dentist but I tried the same thing and my gums started to become very irritated and bleed. I'm always worried about my gums because once you have gum deterioration it is hard to get your gums back. I would stick with the recommendations on the box.

it might be damaging to your enamel - and cause increased sensitivity. I wouldn't risk it.
