see there so many reasons. there can be kidney stones, an
urinary infection etcc. i suggest you to drink more water to regulate the urine. if your pain starts from the pelvic resion and
travel to thy, then most probably it is stone formation. if then
reduce calcium content foods, and if you like homeopathy,
then berberis-30 three times a day. this will reduce your lower back pain and increase the flow of urine. but suggest to take
an advice from doctor.

Sounds like you should see a doctor for help.
There are lots of nerves and muscles that can cause your pain. Are you overweight? Did you recently lift something wrong or very heavy? Are you weariang those platform, high heeled shoes? All these can cause lower back pain.
In the mean time look into a simple yoga class to help strengthen your back and stomach muscles, moves like the downward dog and upward dog.
And if your doctor recommends physical therapy GO

You might have a ruptured disk in your back that is pressing on a nerve group. I have myself had 2 back surgeries and the symptoms you describe sound very familiar. Go to your family doctor and ask for a MRI of your back and get a referral from your doctor to a orthopedic doctor. He will look at the results of your MRI and tell you what is wrong and tell you all of your medical options. Good luck and i hope this helped.

this sounds like it could be several different things. Why not call your doctor and get an appt to be looked over to be sure all is well. Its better to be safe than sorry!
Any chance you are pregnant? This also could be a sign of an etopic pregnancy as well as an inflamation, kidney stones, gall bladder problems, appendix, etc.
Get to the doctor and let him figure out what you should do.

This could be an intestinal thing. I have this same problem (sounds like) and it is usually caused by eating foods that don't agree with me like dairy foods, fried foods, and a lot of wheat or egg products.
Try taking Beano, eating a simplified diet for a while, and getting more exercise.
Hope this helps!

my mom had lower back pain because she has a disc in her sping that is desinigrating and making the sping slitly curve. ( not like a hunchback or anything) she had to wear a brace for a few months... do you go to a chiropracter? cause that might be why..

i agree with kansas80899 that it could be a kidney infection or something. go to a patient first or something like that- they will run the tests right there. drink Lots of water in the meantime. it could be something your gyn might have to diagnose like endometriosis or ovarian cyst, or maybe just pms. hope you feel better

It could be a tilted womb; my mother had that. She had to do pelvic tilt excercises. I hope you get to feeling better.
