i've always heard a short last name wants a longer first name, and vice versa. My last name is short, so my kids have 3 or more syllables in their names.
with a long last name, I think 2 or less syllables.
Is Castillo pronounced with the ll as a spanish "y" sound? Like Casteeyo?
if so,
I like Angela "angel", Emma, Ramey, Laura, or Hannah
for a boy, Patrick, Justin, James, Jacob, Vincent, or Kenneth.
I hope you find a great name!
