Hun...just do it! if he is your boyfriend do it..he´s gonna feel great...i mean you are so young and so inexperienced! and he´s worse cause guys are more inmature than girls...
And remember that we (girls) always think what we want ourguy to do but they DONT KNOW!!! guys are simple...you have to tell them what you want and dont expect them to realize and read the implied signs cause they are sooo stupid that they dont know! so...do it and tell him that you love to hold his hand...he´s gonna be ok with it

Do you want to make the first move? If so, then while you're sitting somewhere together close, then move your hand over and hold his hand. You're boyfriend/girlfriend right, so he's probably thinking of the same thing.
Nothing wrong with a girl starting things... if he likes you, he won't let go or pull away...

Guys at that age are still working their way out of the cooties phase. Give him some time, and try taking the initative. A lot of guys are afraid to make the first move, especially if you're pretty.

If you have to just make the first move. My ex-bf was the same way and i just had to make the first move and he went along with it.
