Having placed it in the homeland security computer it turns out to be a code in a code.
The first translation is:
"Bwawa hind geta hinda lattra bea"
which turns out to be the language of the touteca tribe of the amazonian forest. And in there language its:
"The Great Bird nests to the north and watches over it domain with passion"
The "Great Bird" in the touteca language always refers to a great tribe of righteous warriors. In 1947 when Americans discovered the lost tribe they gave the name to them. So, since1947 the "Great Bird that nests to the north" has referred to the United States.
"watches over its domain with passion" is actually an improper translation because there is no words in English that translates accurately.
The phrase would be closer if said, " 'protects' all that is dear to its cause"
So the answer is:
The United States protects all that is dear to its cause.

PS--In reference to one of the other answers, posting a question entirely in another language is a violation of the rules on the English Yahoo! Answers forum, but I would think that in the "Languages" section, asking in English what something say in a different language (read: the purpose of this section), and posting the text from a different language, is not a violation. They wouldn't have a "Languages" section if it were, and I think that's pretty obvious.
