I am from Ohio and I keep getting different answers. Help a pimp out.lol

In any of the states where I've driven, no. But it's not a bright idea. With the window up, the air currents pull the exhaust from the exhaust pipe directly into the car. You'll be breathing all of that carbon monoxide almost directly from the tail pipe.

I don't know if it's against the law or not but I DO know it wouldn't be very smart.

Because of the airflow around the vehicle the exhaust fumes (read: carbon monoxide) will be drawn into the vehicle when moving.

You can't in Pennsylvania....laws vary in states. Want to know for sure?.....go to another town and when you see police.....ask them.
