Go little by little, first start Culinary School to get a broad idea of what is the business like, usually this type of school arrange initial jobs for their own students.

Once you have experience and have saved money pay attention to the answer above mine cos the advice there is great, it provides you with a dash of reality: first you need to work and get experience enough to launch your own business...so, super good luck and kick a s s at Culinary School girl!

I watch the food channel all the time, and people love food, so i would say yes anything that has to do with food usually does involve some good money...I just want to say good luck, and I am young and love to cook and bake, so culinary school would be a dream for me, so i hope it works out for you

Your instructor will give you all the answers to any question you have besides everything you need to know. If you can get a job as head chef you can really go places. I heard the good money is in being a chef on a cruise ship or in a major motel. They also teach you everything you need to know about starting your own business and franchising, etc.

if you have a business plan and you stick to it and you have enough cash on hand, things should be OK.
are you doing the cooking, are you doing the menu, are you booking parties, do you have china, how much china, flat ware chaffers, do you have...........................
pay attention in school, if you don't have a job in the food serves industry get one as fast as you can, you need to know how to prep things and cook things. so start saving all your money because rent and insurance and pay roll is going to be here fast then you think good luck
