Yes, He did. Matthew 16:21-28, is the first time He reveals it. But earlier in Matthew's account in 1:21, Joseph is informed of Jesus' mission. Of course there are prophecies regarding the crucifixion, Psalm 22:16.

He had been telling the disciples that for a while, they just didn't seem to get it.

And then there's the woman with the alabaster box. She annoited him with the perfume in it for his burial. She knew what was going on.

You know what? That says something for true repentance. She knew she was a sinner and hated it. Out of pure repentance she did that great act. Jesus said that wherever you preach the Gospel, tell what this woman had done. He thought really highly of what she did. Hmmmmm.

I'm pretty sure he didn't, but he knew that he'd have to do something for our mistakes. God knew for sure, and he might have told Jesus. But even if he didn't, Jesus would have known from the beginning that he'd need to hurt himself in some way....

Yes. He became a curse for us. Yet He was sinless. He rose from the dead because the wages of sin is death. He broke the curse. For it is written that cursed is anyone who dies on a tree.

This was the purpose, to be the Lamb of God, and save mankind from our sin.

Yes, Jesus did know he was going to be crucified.
Luke 22:41-And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, 42-Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me; nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

In these verses he prays to God his father and asks not to have to do it, but he said not his will but thine and so it was.
