You'll Say Depending on How well, but i practice reguraly cause i have nothing to do during summer. So if I workout good can I have really got muscles by the end of september. I already have a good body but i want it better i practiced before about 36times

i don't know the answer 2 your question but girls REALLY like a good body!!! especially abs!! So keep going!

Yes you can have some gains! You will not be no Arnold but you will notice some gains. Remember do not work out every day take a 48hr break from the weights. Run or walk 2 miles on your off days, cardio exercise help blood flow which in return help muscle growth. For more info on muscle growth pic up a Muscle Mag. they have good tips. Stay with it and work hard you can do it.

If you're working out in the gym, be sure to do 3 sets each, and to not work the same muscles 2 days in a row. Do your weights lite, heavy, heavier, and your last set should be so heavy you can barely finish. You should be seeing results already if you've been working out all summer and watching your diet.
