FORGET SUPPLIMENTS. use a good regular diet, work out hard, then eat 4 to 6 meals a day. don't eat for 2 to 3 hrs before sleep.. You may want to increase protien, but DEFINITELY use balance, no stupid carbs(sweat or white bread or candy), fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grain breads, protien, legumes, tubers, nuts, high antioxidant is high variety fresh that hasn't been processed to death...

Creatine mono hydrate,L Arginine,Arginine Alpha ketoglutarte,DHEA,Potassium,B complex,Whey protein,Calcium,Carbohydrates the day before.Supplementing a drink with 70 grams of simple carbs and 50 grams of whey protein within a half hour of an intense workout has been shown to increase growth hormone secretion and testosterone in healthy men where the control group had no such results.Oh yeah,I spelled supplements right.I'd go on about the other supplements up top but I don't have anywhere near enough room. You still have to train hard.Joe

If you wish to develop strong muscle mass, the best way to achieve it is to follow a high protein low fat diet (best advised by a nutritionist). Most supplements are more hype than substance and nearly everything contained in the "miracle mix" is passed through your body and provides not benefit except to the company who sold it to you. If strength and great bodies can be found in a pill or drink....everyone would have one, and that is clearly not the case. A balanced diet with targeted weight training is your best (and least expensive) means to muscle development.
