Is it because you are to scared of the truth? Now I want to make something clear athiests DO NOT hate god they just believe that there is no god. There is a big difference. What makes you think that your relegion is the right one. And don't say your holy book tells you because there are hundreds of them. If you were to question your faith and think you would realize there is no god! Think for your own self.

I question the religion all the time. BUT,I do consider myself a christian. I believe in God and Christ. I also believe in Intelligent Design. I enjoy philosophy, and wondering how the universe all started. I also enjoy science and scientific explanations of things that happened in biblical times. I'm not just some brain washed drone. I think the world is full of wonders and we were meant to figure them out. I think even the most spiritual people secretly question their religion. My religion is more of just a feeling I have. It's an inner peace that I believe. I do not believe there is only one set religion though.. it's all a path one must make and take on their own. I feel like God gave us our brains for a reason.

why should I question the God that created me! I need no proof. my life is proof. God is so real. There are Christian radio stations. there are over 5 billions christ followers. People have been trying to destroy, disrupt, and mis-use the bible. It so amazing its still here! every knee shall bow every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord. Jesus is real. I have seen his work happen right before my eyes, through others and in my heart. I should have died along time ago. He has kept me on this earth to fulfill my reason for living. Life has never been easy. I have struggled but it has made me the women I am today. His blessing are all around. The canvas in the sky. Every detail of the earth. created by a God. God is everywhere as so as evil is.Chose God.

I am Catholic, and I have questioned my religion a few times and found the answers that I received acceptable. There is a God. I also find atheists some what hope less. I would hate to think that I was made to live, reproduce and just die. That makes life seem bleak, don't you think? You die then what? NOTHING! You turn to worm food! I believe my religion is the easier way to Heaven. I do not believe my religion is THE religion. I believe everyone who has pleased God will go to heaven. Everyone, Muslims, Jews, Protestants. Everybody. Not just me and the people in my Parish.

What the hell?!?!?!?

Do you mean that maybe there is a better way than to follow some hater deity that insists on sending his own children to hell and making them experience that or worse on this planet before they get there? Are you saying that God may not hold all the answers? Do you mean to tell me that I might actually be accountable for my own actions in this life? What about when I die, isn't there something about me that makes me special so I can tell other people I will go to heaven as they burn in hell? So I should actually love people instead of just saying I love them to prove a point that I'm better than them because I'm a good Christian?

You crazy *******!

Most of us have already done that, typically that is a stage one goes through in Junior High through college ages. Some people settle it earlier than others.

I spent time calling myself an Atheist and sought out answers in psychiatry books in 9th 10th and 11th grade then after experimenting with drugs found myself soo depressed that I had to find something more or die.

Fortunately I found the something more that has revolutionized my existence for the last 30 years.

Sorry you cannot change the thinking of Children of God, they have already under went testing, far more superior than any thing a atheist can imagine.
We had to question our faith before we became a part of the Body of Christ and make a decision, I am happy I made mine in favor of God and his Anointed Son.

I question my religion a lot of times. But first and foremost I am a Christian. Christian comes from a Greek word meaning Christ like. I follow Jesus Christ and the way He lived His life.
Just to let you know I don't disrespect anyone, atheists, Muslims black or white. Christians shouldn't hate anyone. They SHOULD get along with everyone.

Free will is one of our greatest gifts! I question my faith all the time. I am a person of literature and science, and I have studied and questioned, yet again and again, I have concluded that God does exist. How do you know that *you're* right?

We don't question because that's questioning God. You know the mind plays tricks on you. Don't let the devil make you doubt. For example: That's one of the Da Vinci Code's purpose.
