If you were looking through the eyes of Christ as he plans his return, would you see humanity as prepared for the return? Has humanity made the preparations he would like to see? If his return depends on what we've accomplished and readied for him, have we done enough?

NO, NO, NO. Definitely not. We are living in so much sin right now. We complain about the war on the other side of this world, but yet every day, we fight each other right here. We fight when we drive (road rage), we fight on the trains (for seat or some other stupid reasons), we fight when we go to the store or the supermarket (just from an accident of bumping into someone else), some people intentionally do things just to hurt someone else, and the list goes on and on. In my country, I grew up loving everyone the same regardless of religion, color, etc. and here in the U.S., I share a smile with another person and I get a look up and down as if I did something wrong or a look of disgust because I am of opposite color. People hate each other even for no real reason. Sometimes just because they are having a bad day or not feeling well. That is just terrible. We too are acting like terrorist among ourselves (the hate, the killings, killing innocent kids because of a drive by, etc.) Does this all sounds like something Christ would like to come back to? I sure wish that people would look at others who has not done anything to them as someone who can turn out to be a really good friend.

He's already returned, the return is never going to be physically, the return of Christ is acutally the return of a spiritual Revelation, each religion is a sucessor of one another, like grades one through 9 now which update eachother and are all within unity. The return of Jesus is Baha'u'llah, and the 1000 years of perfection is the duration of the Baha'i Faith.

His children are ready.

Humanity refuses to prepare. They are like the citizenry of Sodom, pressing the doors of Lot.

Fortunately, His return does not depend upon our accomplishments. When He's ready He'll close the books and the party will be over.

I don't think he plans on returning. He did his time here on earth already. He already gave us all that he had on goodness. And look what we have turned it into. Would you want to come back? Hell no.
