There are plenty of well educated Arabs, unfortunately there are alot of radical ones as well. The major difference is not the type of people, where they're from or what they've accomplished, it's in the God they serve. Even though the Jews have rejected the Messiah, they as a nation are still blessed by God. God has promised to preserve them until the return of Jesus when He establishes His Kingdom on Earth. Allah is but a made up deity by a false prophet, there is no power there and therefore no blessing.

You are first confusing the Jews with Israelis, at least half of the Jewish people you mention above do not live in Israel and probably do not support Israel.
