Ruin it. It will make the lettuce very soggy.

you will DEFINATELY ruin the lettuce. Lettuce is nearly all water, and when the water in the lettuce freezes, it will destroy the cell walls of the plant. Keep it in the fridge!!

The lettuce will be preserved while frozen, but once you thaw it out, it'll be limper then a impotent man. SORRY. It's getting late.

It will ruin this. I only know because my refrigerator got to cold and froze my lettuce. It was nasty and slimy. I do not recommend it at all.

yes, freezing lettuce will most defiantly ruin it. It will come out slimy, limp, and most unappealing
