It depends on what the nature of the 'white' is. If it's a bleached spot, then the spot is permanent until the item is dyed again. If it's some other white substance like paint or something, different solutions can be used to remove the spot.

Just so you know though, aprons were created so that they get dirty and spotty instead of the clothes you were wearing underneath. The fact that yours is no longer pristine just means that it's serving its purpose.
