Isn't murder a sin?

Replace the word sin with murder and you get

Jesus died for your murders.

wow! Is that why you're happy you're a Christian?

Sounds pretty wicked to me. I'm glad i'm an Atheist

I know murder is not the only sin but the bible does teach no sin is greater than the other

Hello friend,
You've obviously put alot of thought into this question.
Yes, murder is a sin.
Yes, He died for my murders.
Yes, I am so glad He came to save me.
Yes, I was, and sometimes still am wicked.
But regarding your last point, perhaps you could look at John 19:11.

Last of all friend, if I were holy, I wouldn't need a Savior.
May I say whatever your grudge is with God, that you consider telling Him about it?
He's not too busy to listen to you.
I've responded to your question in hopes that you would kindly reconsider your belief in this life while there's still time.
Bless you friend,
2 Tim 2:7

Jesus died on the cross for the remission of my sins & also for the remission of everyone elses sins.

When I was young I knew I needed a saviour even though I didn't really know where I was a sinner. I asked Jesus to come into my heart. He did.

Because of that, I was never tempted to hate others or to murder others. Others sure hurt my feelings though. If I rejected Jesus then, I may have felt this kind of hate toward others. But Jesus saved me from that. He taught me to love my neighbors as my self.

First thing Jesus became Sin and took it directly to the cross so we could be reconcilled with God once in for all. The blood of Jesus covered ALL SINS no matter what - wait, well for the exception of one sin.

When you Blaspheme the Holy Spirit that is the only sin that the Blood of Jesus did not cover and won't cover. If you dare blaspheme the Holy Spirit - God turns away and leaves you to your own evil desires.

What greater love than this, that someone loves me so much that he died for my wrong doing like murder, and many others. . .

Happy? Not before I feel gratitude to his love. The knowledge of this love compel me to think how I should also love others, and be there for them in their hard time.

For Jesus said, if you love me, obey my commandment.

His commandment is sum up from the old 10 Commandments, that is 1) to love God (with hearts mind soul and strength), 2) love neighbour as ourselves.

I know, within myself there is nothing good. No way I can love others as myself. But the power of God's spirit enable me.

Wicked? Yes we are. But this is the way the Lord loves us. Have you not heard that any (should be most) mother would have died for the child? This is this kind of love. Parental love, similar to Agape.

The bible defines murder as hatred for an other human being. We are all guilty of murder. Probably daily. I am glad I do not have ot face the consequences.

How do i think? grateful. grateful. no longer worth. That the Son of God might stay a life with out sin and then die for my huge, small, and unsightly sins is effectual. there is not any longer something i'm able to do, yet settle for JC as my Savior. i'm happy with the aid of fact i'm stored and that no longer something and no you may take that removed from me. Jesus died so as that we would have life. definite, he even died for murderers. Romans 3:10 says, "as this is written, there is none righteous, no, no longer one:" Romans 3:23 is going directly to assert, "For all have sinned and fallen wanting the honour of God." yet Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death, however the present of God is eternal life via Jesus Christ our Lord." i'm grateful for the present. i wish your eyes would at some point be opened to understand this.

I am moved with mercy and love when I consider what He bought for us on the cross. I would never betray Him by mocking Him or His people, or things that are sacred.

When I realize that He gave freely, that thought He was God He stood mute and let false accusations and my shame fall on His shoulders and that He took the beating that I deserve for my selfishness and sin that He willingly shouldered all that for me and my ancestors and my children. I am humbled.

Thank God that he did! Saved by grace and the shed blood of calvary.... Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the unforgiven sin.

I don't know why I'm answering this but, Jesus didn't get murdered, He gave up His life for us. Being God, He could have easily saved Himself, but He chose not to.

Very, very thankful! Thankful that no matter what I do he still loves me. Thankful that in Romans 8 Paul tells us that even the powers of Hell can't keep God's Love away.
