and I just got back from running

who else knows they need to go to sleep but can't/won't?

right here....I haven't been able to sleep good for the last 2 nights...even though I am tired. :(

Me... definetely me... Stayed out way too late last night and had to get up at 5:30.... So now, i'm sitting at work struggling to stay awake. I almost fell asleep in the traffic jam this morning... lol
