Is this a joke? If not, here's your answer: If your friend is the sensitive emotional type, go for it; she'll be touched that you are trying to do something nice for her. But keep it SMALL! Don't invite more than one other person. If your friend is the serious type, just tell her casually that you're happy for her that she is back to normal and leave it at that.
