Even though she says she likes you and wants to go out with you, why is she avioding to kiss you? Is she shy? We have been talking and getting very close for the past 2 weeks? Is she not ready ?? When is the right time?

Damn dude, it is called having a moment, you can't force it. If you want it that bad then do things that are more likely to create one of those moments. BTW it is usually when nither one of you are thinking about it and ya'll just look over and.. well you will see.

I did that long time ago with the man i love. But i wasn't sure about his feeling and he is the right for me. Kissing is not a clue that someone loves yo.
And i wasn't ready for that untill i ensure my self about his feeling and he is not just want having fun with me or playing on me.

sounds like she isn't ready for it. Just let time pass and get to know her better then maybe go in for the kiss. Because if you push it and she gets upset then you'll never be able to kiss her so just have patience.

she might not be ready yet and maybe she isn't experienced at a "kiss" and that might frighten her... when the time is right it will be an unexpected first kiss and those are the most memorable... so unless you are just in for one thing... wait till it is something unexpected.. you will remember that one for a long time!!!
