I want to spend twenty thousand or less for a new car. What would you get? I want something sporty, front wheel drive, and good gas mileage. So far I like the two door scion, honda civic, hyundai tiberon, or the pontiac g5.

ok.....first of all...dont get a civic every1 has a civic.....tiburon is ok, i personally dont like how it drives that might be just me...the potiac g5 (i dont like how it looks) and the scion tc are the best choices you have...
i own a scion tc and i love it........handles and drives really nice it is amde to be customized and souped up.....but if you want my real opinion....spend the extra 2 or 3 thousand and get a pontiac solstice for about 22 or 23 thou.....looks beautiful, its cheap, has a 20/28 gas mileage, and its faster than all the cars u mentioned

I have one more to add to your list (I'd put it at the top): Acura RSX.
Acura is Honda's luxury nameplate...the RSX is being dropped after the '06 model year to support their upscale image by eliminating their most affordable car (right around 20k). Some may try to tell you it's a rebadged Civic but I'd consider it a step up.
Has always gotten rave reviews, a reliable sporty car with great fuel economy and a dash of luxury. You should be able to get a good deal on one!
