Yes, Park Ave is a very prestigious address. You'll find hotels like the Walforf Astoria, big banks, rich hedge funds, and the like. It's a great place to live if you have a couple hundred million extra.

depends mid-town lik in the 40s,50s,60s,70s street is really good...you go too south its not the prestigious park ave anymore

It's pretty much ALL business, not really retail but more corporate. And it also happens to be a beautiful avenue as well...
