ok I faced this problem as a 13yo... and took off into the night and never told anyone what was happening... it was very very hard...

Now I am older and know a bit more about how things work I can tell you a few things..

your mum has no right to bash you...
if you put charges on your mum, she wont be putting you anywhere... that will be decided you and a welfare worker together....
there are youth refuges and shelters you can go to for help and support so you will be safe.
If you report her abuse and bad things happen after that you eed t know you did not make the bd things happen.... your mum did by bashing you... and forcing you to do something to protect yourself..
don't put up with this abuse and get some help.

Well if she is abusing you she should be reported, she won't be able to send you anywhere from jail, although you probably can get emancipated if you can support yourself,Since you were very vague about the abuse other than saying she bashes you I would first look at what she is doing to you-is it harmfull, hurtfull,or fearfull then I would suggest getting out of there. There is options but they depend on what you both are willing to do. Have you sat down with her and told her how the things she does makes you feel, would it help? there is also counseling and so on but that's about all the advice I know to give on such little info-may God be with you and yours I pray you will be safe from harm

You can get a divorce from your family (you would a lawyer & money).

You could charge her ONLY if you have poof. If you do, then she will not be able to send you anywhere (but you better have somewhere else to go)

Make arrangements to live with a different family member for awhile. Maybe your mother will see she misses you (& you get away from her)

You cant stay in that envirement, no matter what. You need to find the safest way out and soon. Tell a best friend, tell an adult you are close with, go to childrens services. Its the only way to make things better. God bless you!

next time your out of the house...like at a friends, or even if ur just at school, use a phone, and call the police, or if ur at school tell a teacher like a gidence counsler or even the principal, they will handle it all without u being hurt...just make sure not to go home after u call the cops and make sure u tell the cops where u will be at, cuz if u go home and she finds out they are comming, u are gonna be in deep sh.it

well it seems it would be best if she did send u somewhere else - you need to tell someone - abuse is never ok and you know it's abuse when you are told not to tell (she knows it too or she wouldn't say that) please stay safe - tell someone you trust and don't hate your mom - she probably was victimized in a similar way - get counseling and break the chain!!!!!

Talk with your school counselor and tell him/her you need help ASAP. Even if school isn't in session yet, the main office is already staffed. Your counselor can help you contact social services and get you the protection you need to keep you safe.

i would go to grandparents house and go to neighbors and have them call the police.
being a teen should have rights too and thats why they have hotlines for teens.

dont be afraid of your mom, get the authorities involved. tell someone-anyone!!!

You're right if you report her you'll be sent away. Maybe you could have a family friend or relative talk to her. Where is your father?
