Wolfwoman (heh, heh) no offense) your SOUL is a Spiritual Super-Computer. It is invisible (that's why Doc's can't find it) and it hover's over your Brain, you (a Spiritman, first Mind) use your Soul to operate your Brain to do thing's in this World.
The Soul almost has a LIFE of it's own, but it depend's on you to tell it what to do. Reprogramming it is very simple, but might take a Long time to be effective. You have to work at it every day.
Everytime you speak, what you say goes right back into your Brain (through your Ear's) and into the Soul. What have you been saying?
YOU can talk to yourself on Purpose and Reprogram your Soul. YOU can reprogram your MIND (second one, your SOUL) by talking to yourself outloud. Tell your Soul what to do.
It might take some time, but it will be effective later on.
p.s. Your Body and Brain affect your SOUL (second mind), watch out for too much caffeine.
Hope this helps.

The wordly delusion or Maya is at work.To grow beyond this and feel the presence of the Divine is the ONLY work we humans have to ever do. Rest doesnt matter for its just a veil designed to make us go through the experiences we have come here for.
Practise meditation and you will see your perseverence pay off.

Your mind is trying to sort things out. You have so many things to do and very little time, so you think about it all the time. I do meditation- put on my fave reiki chant cd, light some candles and incense, grab my crystals and tarot cards and just reflect in a more relaxing way. I also do reiki with a group of other people and with a reiki master. Keeps me pretty well in-tuned and able to keep my mind pretty junk free with the stresses of life.

Yeah, me ,too. I finally asked my doctor to offer me some medicinal relief. I take Klonopin and it works nicely. I sleep better and I am more patient. I am told it's addicting. Well, so is alcohol and marijuana, so I feel if I am under a doctor's care to have my quiet in my mind and more satisfaction in that quiet who is anyone to tell me how I do it. I do. (I am practicing more yoga as well. It will be nice to someday be able to do without the medicine and just do the yoga, but my guess is it won't be as long as I have teenagers in my life.)

Because jarring thoughts that invade us are from the thoughts of other minds around us, all we can do, since we all universally have an affect on eachother is to be a positive pillar of strength.

You might be filling it with too many things like music TV or even thinking too hard on things.
It takes practice, but God gives us the Holy Spirit to help us live a life beyond our wildest dreams.
