what store can you buy 'the clapper' in? like would walmart, kmart or best buy have it??

when i search only amazon, ebay and the as seen on tv websites come up, but i dont wanna pay for shipping or have to wait so long to get it

Mostly likely any as seen on TV outlet or cheesy odd and end type stores try walgreens .
