enchiladas! brown hamburger then add 1/2 jar enchilada sauce and cheese, stir until melted. Then fill corn tortillias w/mixture cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Easy and yummy

A huge carne asada burrito with refried beans, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole and salsa. And an ice cold horchata.
