I dunno, I still can't figure how it took them 40 years to travel about 300 miles

Well if you were writing a book like the bible..years and years later, wouldn't you as the authors of this critical book for society to read be very positive, even "chosen" to control the people???? And even embellish it??? The Jews were the scribes of the Torah...
