ofcourse.

"But ask forgiveness of your Lord and turn unto Him (in repentance): for my Lord is indeed Full of mercy and loving-kindness." (Quran 11:90)

=======================
QURAN 15:49-50
49. Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful;
50. And that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty.

"Say: "O my Servants who have excessively wronged their own souls, despair not of God's Mercy: for God forgives all sins for He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Turn to your Lord (for forgiveness) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that you shall not be helped." ( Quran 39:53-54.)

He ( Allah ) is the Forgiving, the Loving, And He is the Oft-Forgiving Full of loving-kindness(85.14)

"...and do good; surely God loves the good-doers." (Quran 2:195)

================
there are some things which Allah does not love. e.g. non-muslims,

Allah does not love the aggressors.(Quran 2:190)

".....but Allah does not love disorder." (Quran 2:205)

"And swell not thy cheek (for pride) at men, nor walk in insolence through the earth; for God loveth not any arrogant boaster. (The Noble Quran, 31:18)"

Quran 22:38 Verily Allah will defend (from ill) those who believe: verily, Allah loveth not any that is a traitor to faith, or show ingratitude.

================================
there are some people who Allah loves, and some dont, but generally Allah is kind to mankind.

".........Allah is Kind and Merciful to mankind" (QURAN 2:143)

but if a person dies as an unbeliever, then he will go to hell forever. and Allah does not love those people and these people will not attain the mercy of Allah.

hope this answers.

Allah loves his believers so much! Allah is God in Arabic - the same God of the Muslims, christians and Jews.
Gods Mercy is greater than his wrath

I doubt it. Otherwise they wouldn't be butchering each other and the rest of the world. "Allah" doesn't teach neither promote love. The God of Islam and his prophet are only interested in the sexual satisfaction of their male followers. That's it.
