If you can't buy a dildo because of mom and dad or someone like that then what I did when I lived at home was I went and brought a back massager like this one http://www.sharperimage.com/us/en/catalog/product/sku__HW423 this will do the trick and you can just tell them it's for your body...this is more of a clit stimulator but works just as good....

Why not a plunger handle. There are short ones and the width is not bad. Never tried one but thought about it. No extra cost but I'd recommend a condom to keep nice and wet.
