Smile. A LOT.

Deep down, we really ARE a bit scared of you, believe it or not.

And a little non-threatening touching and brushing imaginary lint off our lapels never hurt either.

Smile at him and listen to what he has to say. You can touch his arm or casually touch his hand and continue to smile. Make sure that you be yourself.
