You need to just keep teaching him (like your housebreaking him again) that that's not okay... give him a firm "NO" when he does it, and stick him outside immediately so he understands that he needs to go outside. To get the odor out, I've found that either Resolve Carpet Foam works really well (even on upholstry!) or even Scrubbing Bubbles! You wouldn't think that a bathroom cleaner would work, but it get out smells like you wouldn't believe! Just make sure if you use SB to test a spot first. And after you use it, go back over the area with a damp wet cloth. Hope this helps!!

You don't get them to stop spraying or marking without neutering them. They are doing what nature intended for them to do. Fix the dog...you won't regret it...second go to a janitorial supply purchase enzymes for urine...use a directed and shampoo the carpets etc. They will know what formulas to use.

any thing that has some sort of enzyme action to it works great, you apply it, and by the time it is dry the odor is gone, also works great on cat spray, i believe gonzo makes one, and pee pee pads makes one, i use them all the time and it is the only thing that I have found that REMOVES the odor, not just covers it up, the enzymes acually digest the source of the odor, give em a try and trust me, good luck
