the best way is 2 be yourself or right a letter 2 her as an admirer. It is a classic. Then u get some one that u can trust to give her a letter with roses or something more simple like a beverage. then tell her 2 meet u some place romantic and just be mellow and just get to know her. First, say hi and my name is so and so(your name) and i am your admirer. don't come on to strong cause thats not cool and the first appression means everything. Good luck.
